Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed preliminary and final plat application is to provide one hundred eighty-nine (189) dwelling units, open space, water managements tracts, and private roads.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final plat with construction plans as recommended by the Site Plan review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the project.
2. Move that the Council not approve the project and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their meeting of September 27, 2023.
