Executive Summary (General Business): The adoption hearing/second reading of the ordinance was scheduled for the August 25, 2025, City Council meeting. The Planning and Zoning Department advertised the public hearing in the St. Lucie News Tribune on August 14, 2025. On August 15, 2025, staff received an email from the applicant requesting the project be tabled to the October 27, 2025 City Council meeting.

The Planning and Zoning Department has notified the Florida Department of Commerce (state land planning agency) of the extension of the adoption hearing/second reading of the ordinance to October 27, 2025.
