This a request to amend Map H, the Master Development Plan, and the conditions of approval of the DRI.

Executive Summary: Riverland Associates I & III, LLLP; Riverland/Kennedy II, LLC has applied to amend the development order for the Riverland/Kennedy Development of Regional Impact (DRI) by amending Exhibit "B", general conditions of approval and Exhibit "D", master development plan (Map H) of the DRI. Exhibit "B" proposed changes include phase expiration date updates, the inclusion of age restricted dwelling unit minimums, updates to completion of conditions, and State Statutes updates. Exhibit "D" proposed amendment to the master development plan (Map H) adjusts the locations for the Residential, Mixed Use, and Neighborhood/Village Commercial subcategories to accommodate new development proposals.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a short presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the DRI amendment.

Background: Riverland/Kennedy is an approved Development of Regional Impact (DRI) that is located west of Community Boulevard, south of Discovery way, and east of Ridge Line Road.
