Executive Summary (General Business): An application for preliminary and final subdivision plat and construction plan approval for Telaro at Southern Grove Phase 2-3. The project consists of 257 single-family lots, a conservation tract, water management tracts, private road right of way, and other associated infrastructure improvements upon 87.8 acres.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request with conditions.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request with conditions.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The preliminary and final plat was approved by SPRC on February 23, 2022.

Financial Information: n/a
Special Consideration: Staff is recommending approval with the guidance of imposing one of the two transportation improvement conditions expressed in the traffic analysis, or as Council determines acceptable based upon their deliberations. If Council deliberations provide for a condition of approval, an updated resolution outlining these provisions shall be drafted for immediate execution.
