Executive Summary (General Business): The City of Port St. Lucie Youth Council was established in 2023 and serves as a fact-finding board. The Youth Council members are residents of the City who are currently enrolled in high school in grades nine (9) through twelve (12). On August 12, 2024, the City Council tentatively approved a new Youth Council structure for year 2024/2025 which allows all members who submitted sufficient applications to serve on the Council. To ensure everyone is actively involved, we will offer various committees focusing on different topics. This structure is intended to promote collaboration and ensure that all members can participate meaningfully.
