Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request to amend the St. Lucie West DRI development order to update Map H, Exhibit “D,” to accommodate and incorporate the proposed small-scale future land use map amendment for approximately nine (9) acres of land from General Commercial (CG) to Medium Density Residential (RM).
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the DRI amendment on June 7th, 2022. On August 8, 2022, the City Council voted to table the Resolution to November 14, 2022.
