Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of a small-scale Future Land Use Map amendment for 3.05 acres from U (Utility) to (CS) Service Commercial.

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the future land use designation from U to CS.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approval of the amended Comprehensive Plan Amendment.

2.                     Move that the Council deny the Comprehensive Plan Amendment.
