Executive Summary (General Business): Request for approval of a final plat with construction plans that is 55.08 acres in area. This project proposes 144 single family lots, common space, and private rights-of-way dedicated to Verano Property Owners Association.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed final plat with construction plans at their regular meeting of June 8, 2022.
