Executive Summary (General Business): Rezoning of a 6.67-acre parcel from General Commercial (CG) and General Use (GU) to Service Commercial (CS) for a property located at 3775 SE Jennings Road. The Commercial General portion is 4.646 acres in size and the Utility portion is 2.024 acres. This rezoning application runs concurrent with a future land use designation change from General Commercial to Service Commercial.
Presentation Information: Staff will make a brief presentation
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the rezoning.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: On May 3, 2022, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval for the rezoning of the property to Service Commercial. Please see the staff report for further background.
