Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Second Amended and Restated South County Regional Stadium Sublease
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Second Amended and Restated South County Regional Stadium Sublease with changes.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The County and the City originally entered into a sublease agreement on November 11, 1999, allowing the City to use the South County Regional Stadium. The original 25-year lease ended on September 1, 2025.
