Executive Summary (General Business): Anglo American Land Company, LLC, Owner, has submitted the proposed preliminary and final plat application to replat Lot 3 of the Southern Grove Plat No. 36 to create three (3) new development tracts within the Tradition Commerce Park North at Southern Grove MPUD.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will be available to answer any questions.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the preliminary and final plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the subdivision plat subject to conditions.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the subdivision plat and provide staff with direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary and final subdivision plat at the November 26, 2024, meeting.

 

Issues/Analysis: The proposed subdivision replat has been reviewed for compliance with Chapter 160 of the City Code and the conditions of the Southern Grove DRI development order regarding the provision of adequate public facilities
