Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting a special exception use to allow the use of an enclosed assembly use over 3,000 square feet for recreational facilities, per Section 158.135(C)(5) of the Warehouse Industrial District. The proposed special exception use is proposed to occupy 33,433 square feet of a proposed building on a 3.5-acre property zoned Warehouse Industrial (WI) as enclosed assembly for a recreational facility.

Recommendation: Move that the Council review the request and vote to approve, approve with conditions or deny the SEU.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval at their meeting of January 4, 2022.
