Executive Summary (General Business): This is a request for approval of the fourth amendment to the St Lucie Lands PUD including changes such as: 1) Clarifying anticipated uses, 2) Expand the list of acceptable zoning uses to include Institutional uses, and 3) Update the summary status of the PUD.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the subject PUD amendment on April 27, 2022. This item is scheduled for the May 3, 2022 Planning and Zoning Board Meeting.
