Executive Summary (General Business): Small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to change the future land use designation for 15.4-acres from Commercial General (CG) to Residential, Low Density (RL).
Presentation Information: Staff will make a brief presentation
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approves the future land use map amendment as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the future land use map amendment.
2. Move that the Council deny the future land use map amendment and provide direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval on their September 7, 2021 hearing. See staff report.
