Executive Summary (General Business): Applicant, Lennar Homes, is requesting approval of a final plat proposing 230 townhome lots upon +/- 25-acres located within the St. Lucie Lands PUD. Improvements also include private right-of-way, storm water management tracts, open space recreation, and other associated infrastructure improvements.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The Preliminary Plat and Construction Plans (P21-176) were approved on December 13, 2021. The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval the final plat on February 23, 2022.
