There were six (6) proposals received on October 2, 2023.

PMD held the first evaluation meeting on October 10, 2023, to review and discuss the proposals and individual scores to determine the short list. The Evaluation Committee selected and voted for all six (6) firms to move to the short list. The firms were invited to a second (2nd) evaluation meeting that was held on October 20, 2023, to make presentations and to answer more detailed questions regarding the services they provide. There were four (4) firms that made presentations and two (2) firms did not attend. The Evaluation Committee reviewed their scores and adjusted accordingly.
