Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat with construction plans for 493 residential lots, water management, amenity center, open space tracts, and private roads.    

 

Presentation Information: N/A.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the Preliminary Plat and Construction Plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the Preliminary Plat and Construction Plans.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the preliminary subdivision plat with construction plans on January 10, 2024.

 

Issues/Analysis: The plat has been reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the LTC Ranch Development of Regional impact Development Order and the City’s Land Development Regulations and found to the in compliance.

Location of Project: South of Midway Road and west of the proposed extension of Wylder Parkway.
