Legal Description: Parcel 1: That part of Lot 16, Block 3, St. Lucie Gardens, Section 26 and parcel 2: That portion of Lot 15, Block 3 and Lots 9 and 10, Block 4 of the Plat of St. Lucie Gardens.
This is a request from Michael Houston of HJA Design Studio, LLC as agent on behalf of Owner, PSL Townplace Partners, LLC, to rezone and modify the exiting PUD (Planned Unit Development) of approximately 18.51 acres of property, known as Town Place PUD.

Executive Summary: This is a request request from Michael Houston of HJA Design Studio, LLC as agent on behalf of Owner, PSL Townplace Partners, LLC, to rezone and modify the exiting PUD (Planned Unit Development) of approximately 18.51 acres of property, known as Town Place. The Future Land Use remains Commercial General/Residential High Density. The proposed amendment includes a PUD development agreement and concept plan proposing a horizontal mixed-use project with 14-acre portion of the site dedicated to a maximum of 264 multi-family units and a 4.51-acre portion dedicated for commercial development.
Presentation Information: Staff will make a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board recommend approval of the rezoning and modification of the existing Planned Unit Development, known as Town Place PUD.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and recommend approval of the rezoning request.
2. Move that the Board recommend denial of the applicant’s request for a rezoning.
