Executive Summary (General Business): The approval of the Art in Public Places Master Plan is consistent with the Art in Public Places Ordinance and the City’s Strategic Plan.
Presentation Information: The City’s consultant, Josh Lapp with Designing Local and staff will make a presentation if desired by the City Council.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: The development and ultimate approval of the Art in Public Places Master Plan is consistent with the Art in Public Places Ordinance (Ordinance 18-67) and the City’s Strategic Plan.

Financial Information: N/A
Special Consideration: Staff with assistance from the consultant will be developing an annual plan for FY 21-22 and presenting it to the Public Art Advisory Board (PAAB). After the PAAB provides a recommendation, the annual work plan will be presented to the City Council for approval.
