Background: On May 28, 1998, Ronald W. McAfee and Weeta K. McAfee executed a Restrictive Covenant relative to Lots 10 and 11, Block 1613, Port St. Lucie Section Twenty-Three. The Restrictive Covenant encumbers Lots 10 and 11 so that they would be assessed as a single residential unit.

Issues/Analysis: The Owners wish to be able to convey clear title to Lot 11 and hereby acknowledge that Lots 10 and 11 must be separated and no longer occupied as one single residential unit. The administrative fee owed to the city has been paid in full. The Restrictive Covenant may now be released, satisfied, and discharged in its entirety, and a Termination of Restrictive Covenant shall be recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk

Financial Information: The sum of $200.00 was owed to the City of Port St. Lucie as an administrative fee. Payment in full was made on January 27, 2022, and was processed and approved by the City’s Finance Department.

Special Consideration: N/A

Location of Project: See attached map of Lots 10 and 11, Block 1613, Port St. Lucie Section Twenty-Three.
