Executive Summary (General Business): The City of Port St. Lucie’s 2025 PSLinLights Home Outdoor Decorating Contest celebrated nine winning displays in three categories with an awards ceremony. First-place winners received trophies and gift cards, and second and third place winners received gift cards. Community voting on 54 entries highlighted creative decorations and festive cheer, with over 562 votes cast.
Presentation Information: The City will recognize the nine winners of the 2025 PSLinLights Home Outdoor Decorating Contest. Staff will award trophies to the first-place winners and other prizes to the second and third place winners. Winners and City Council members will be asked to pose for photos by prize category.
Staff Recommendation: Request that the Council recognize the following entries.
Background: With 562 votes cast, the 10th annual PSLinLights Home Outdoor Decorating Contest dazzled the neighborhood with shimmering displays of festive cheer, as homes transformed into magical wonderlands. The City of Port St. Lucie called upon homeowners, tenants and lessees with a passion for Christmas decorating and a hint of Griswold spirit to participate, making it a colorful showcase of community pride.
