2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie Parks & Recreation Department and Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc.
3. Purpose: 2021 Fall Fun Fest.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: Renewal.
5. Duration: Friday, Oct. 29, 5-10 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30, 12-10 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 31, 1-6 p.m.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: Partnering with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc., the City continues to offer this popular family-orientated annual Fall Fun Fest event.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): Costs are split 50/50 with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc. excluding alcohol.
Presentation Information: Parks & Recreation staff will be in attendance to answer any event questions.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the 2021 Fall Fun Fest Co-Produced Event License Agreement with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the 2021 Fall Fun Fest Co-Produced Event License Agreement with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc.
2. Move that the Council provide staff with other direction.
Background: This is an annual event that the Parks & Recreation Department has partnered with the Port St. Lucie Downtown Lions Foundation, Inc., for 20+ years.
