Strategic Plan Link: The City’s Mission to plan for smart and balanced growth.

 

Executive Summary (General Business): This final plat application will create 466 single family residential lots. The project also includes the first segment of Wylder Parkway (Arterial A) from Glades Cut-off Road to the northern boundary of the Phase 1 lots.  Other elements include water management tracts, conservation/open space tracts, private road rights-of-way, and tracts for future development.

 

Presentation Information: Staff map provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final plat and construction plans on June 8, 2022.
