Background: Historically, the City has leveraged government contracts to utilize Jade for our cabling needs. Over time, this vendor has become well-acquainted with our internal cabling, network infrastructure, and the standards we require for our work.
Issues/Analysis: Jade has consistently demonstrated superior quality and reliability. Their work is marked by a high level of professionalism and strong work ethic, distinguishing them from other vendors. Additionally, Jade is the only locally certified vendor qualified to install our specific type of cable. This certification ensures adherence to industry standards and guarantees expertise in their installations. Furthermore, Jade offers a 25-year warranty on their installations, providing long-term assurance and value for the City. Moreover, Jade's employees are CJIS verified, which means they do not require escorting in City facilities such as the police department. This verification adds another layer of efficiency and security to their service. In conclusion, Jade's consistent quality, professionalism, and unique certification make them the best value choice for the City's needs.
