Executive Summary (General Business): The request is for the rezoning of the approximately 0.56-acre property from Professional (P) to Service Commercial (CS) zoning district. The proposed rezoning change would be compatible with the Future Land Use classification of Service Commercial (CS).

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance approving the Service Commercial rezoning as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.

2.                     Move that the Council does not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the proposed Service Commercial rezoning at the September 5, 2024, meeting.
