Executive Summary (General Business): Rezoning of 8.37acres from General Commercial (CG) to Utility (U) for a property located at 430 and 450 SW Thornhill Avenue. This rezoning application runs concurrent with a future land use classification change from General Commercial/Commercial Highway (CG/CH) to Utility (U).
Presentation Information: Staff will make a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendation:
1. Move that the Council deny the rezoning ordinance.
Background: On January 3, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of the rezoning. See attached staff report for more background.
