Executive Summary (General Business): The proposed preliminary and final plat with construction plans is for a 7.95-acre area. The project proposes to replat of lots 1 through 20, to reduce the length of the lots by 20 feet and incorporate the 20 feet into the right-of-way for the existing Marrita Alley. The resulting width of this section of Marrita Alley will be 50 feet.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee, conditioned on the requirement that applicant submit the final, signed Mylar within thirty (30) days of approval.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and give direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed preliminary and final plat with construction plans at their regular meeting of May 11, 2022.
