Executive Summary (General Business): Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, has applied for approval of a preliminary and final subdivision plat for a project known as Shoppes at the Heart Plat. Shoppes at the Heart is a replat of the 15.04- acre Telaro at Southern Grove Plat 2, Commercial Tract A and the 1.062- acre Telaro at Southern Grove Plat 2, Tract Park A. The replat creates three parcels for future development along SW Community Boulevard, a 10.45- acre commercial parcel for the proposed Shoppes at the Heart Site Plan (P21-239) and a .810 -acre parcel for the proposed Heart in the Park public art sculpture and plaza site plan (P22-109).
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a short presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the resolution approving the subdivision plat as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the resolution.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the resolution and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the proposed preliminary and final subdivision plat at the February 23, 2022 Site Plan Review Committee meeting.
