Background: On May 13, 2024, City Council approved the construction agreement with Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, for the development of Tradition Regional Park, which was executed by the City Manager on May 21, 2024. Construction has been progressing steadily and is now approximately 75% complete, with full completion anticipated by March 2026. This First Amendment is being brought forward to clarify how the remaining $750,000 in County park impact fee credits will be allocated and to update the total project cost in the schedule of values. The amendment formally incorporates these credits into the construction budget, specifying their use for the gravel blanket, sub-drainage, and contingency for the natural grass fields.
