Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board approve of the donation of real property for public right-of-way use, (Tract RW-1) Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Blvd Phase 3, from SW Hegener Drive to SW Marshall Parkway, and (Tract RW-2) SW Hegener Drive, east of Anthony F. Sansone Sr. Boulevard to its terminus.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Board amend the recommendation and approve the donation.
2. Move that the Board not approve the donation and provide staff direction.
Background: The roads rights-of-way (Tract RW-1 and Tract RW-2) of Southern Grove Plat 45 are dedicated to the City of Port St. Lucie for the benefit of the public, for road right-of-way, drainage and utilities.
Issues/Analysis: The donation of Tract RW-1 and RW-2 to the City of Port St. Lucie is in preparation for ownership and maintenance of the roadway improvements upon submittal and acceptance of the Road Turnover Package.
Financial Information: There is no financial impact associated with the donation of the land.
Special Consideration: N/A
Location of Project: The real property to be donated is located within the Southern Grove Jobs Corridor, east of SW Village Parkway and west of Interstate 95.
