2. Parties: City of Port St. Lucie and Kronos Incorporated and Kronos SaasShr, Inc.
3. Purpose: To provide the City with an updated time keeping software.
4. New/Renewal/Modified: New.
5. Duration: The initial term began on March 18, 2019 through March 17, 2022 with a renewal option of three (3) additional one-year terms ending on March 17, 2025.
6. Benefits to Port St. Lucie: This upgraded system has contemporary enhancements, ensuring a heightened user experience for both timekeepers and staff. It has more advanced features that not only reflect technological advancements but also prioritize user-friendliness, efficiency, and convenience. This also fully integrates the Police Department tele-staff system into one user interface.
7. Cost to Port St. Lucie (Annual and Potential): First Year: $279,850 (includes migration costs). Second Year: $202,000. Future expenditures will be appropriated in each year's budget.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participating in the OMNIA Partners, Contracts #18220 and #18221, per Chapter 35.08(a)(9)(a)(cooperative purchasing exception) for Workforce Management Systems and Related Products, Services and Solutions.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve participating in the Omnia Partners Contracts #18220 and #18221.
2. Move that the Council not approve participating in the OMNIA Partners Contracts #18220 and #18221 and provide staff with direction.
Background: The City is upgrading from Kronos to UKG Dimensions, which reaches its end-of-life next year. Starting the migration process now ensures a smooth transition, allowing ample time for comprehensive training. The new software promises a superior end-user experience for both staff and timekeepers.
Issues/Analysis: Staff reviewed the OMNIA Partners Contracts #18220 and #18221 and finds that it meets the requirements of the City's procurement ordinance.
Financial Information: Funds are appropriated in various departmental accounts.
Special Consideration: City Council approved use of this cooperative for the existing timekeeping software and timeclocks on July 27, 2020 (City Contract #20200091).
