Presentation Information: N/A
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve to abandon all the existing twenty (20) foot rear utility and drainage easements located at 1241, 1233, 1225, 1217, 1209 SW Alesio Lane; 2718 SW East Calabria Circle; 1208, 1220, 1226, 1232 SW Gatlin Blvd.

Background: Lots 16 through 27, Block 1388, Section Fourteen, contain twenty (20) foot wide utility easements, recorded in Official Records Book 4479, Pages 30, 46, 48, 50, 52, 56, 58, 62, 64 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The lots are being combined for commercial development, and the approved site and construction plans show two (2) commercial buildings and a pavement area to be constructed within the existing easements.
