Background: The construction of the Belvedere House lot modular office space is identified as a high-priority project. To optimize construction costs, staff evaluated alternative options and explored the possibility of directly purchasing modular-style buildings through the Sourcewell Contract. As part of the design specification for the Belvedere House Office Space facility, BOXX Modular, Inc. has been chosen as the preferred vendor to accommodate design requirements.
