Executive Summary (General Business): Through this preliminary plat application, 273 single family residential lots are proposed for development upon the total +/- 76-acre property. Other elements include private road rights-of-way, recreational tract, two (2) water management tracts, conservation/open space tracts, private road rights-of-way, street trees, and landscaping.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The proposed preliminary plat and construction plans were reviewed and recommended for approval by the Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) on September 23, 2020. The proposed preliminary plat and construction plans were recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Board on April 6, 2021.

Location of Project: The property lies on the south side of SE Becker Road, southwest side of the intersection of Becker and Gilson Roads; within the Veranda PUD (Planned Unit Development); encompassing approximately 76 acres.
