Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the 2024 Festival of Lights Event License Agreement.

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the 2024 Festival of Lights Event License Agreement.

2.                     Move that the Council provide staff direction on the 2024 Festival of Lights Event License Agreement.

 

Background: Festival of Lights is a signature event the city has produced for over 25 years.  Festival of Lights celebrates the holidays with the community the first weekend of December and partners with the Downtown Lions Club of Port St. Lucie, Inc. to provide beer & wine at the festival.
