Executive Summary (General Business): This is a small-scale comprehensive plan to change the future land use designation from Institutional (I) to Residential, Office, Institutional (ROI) for .52-acres.
Presentation Information: Staff will make a presentation at second reading.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board at their November 3, 2020 meeting, unanimously recommended approval of the small-scale comprehensive plan amendment.
