Executive Summary (General Business): This is the second amendment to the LTC Ranch Industrial Park PUD document and map. The major changes included with this amendment are: The proposed addition of Distribution and Fulfillment Services and Facilities as a permitted use and the proposed deletion of the parallel access road that is shown south of West Midway Road and NW LTC Parkway.
Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not approve the ordinance and provide staff direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board recommended approval of this PUD amendment on April 6, 2021.
