Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is proposing to remove an existing bank building that has a drive-through window and replace it with a 3,181 sq. ft. Raising Canes fast-food restaurant with a drive-through window.

 

Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the proposed SEU application as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board on November 2, 2021.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the proposed SEU amendment.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve the recommendation and provide staff direction.
