Executive Summary (General Business): The applicant is requesting approval of 464 lots upon the +/- 197-acre property. The proposal includes 282 age-restricted single family detached homes, 182 duplex homes, water management and preservation tracts, private right-of-way, and other associated infrastructure improvements. 

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the resolution as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the resolution.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Site Plan Review Committee recommended approval of the final plat and construction plans on November 23, 2022.  See attached staff report.
