Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve participating in the Palm Beach County Agreement # 23-047/SS, per City Code of Ordinances, Section 35.08(a)(9)b. (Piggyback Contracts Exception), for the purchase of Card Access Security System Parts, Supplies, Accessories, Software, Support Plans, Purchase and Delivery.

1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve participating in the Palm Beach County Agreement # 23-047/SS.
2. Move that the Council not approve participating in the Palm Beach County Agreement # 23-047/SS and provide staff with direction.
Background: Security 101 for 20+ years has provided physical security systems support for organizations of all sizes on a national level.
Issues/Analysis: Security 101 has been added and is needed as an additional value-added reseller (VAR) of record for physical security access control systems that the City of Port St Lucie currently manages.
Financial Information: Funds are appropriated in the General Fund / Information Technology / Computers & Computer Hardware (#001-1320-564201-00000).
