Executive Summary (General Business): Approval of a final subdivision plat with construction plans for 114 single-family residential lots located within the Veranda PUD.
Presentation Information: Staff will not provide a presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the final subdivision plat with construct plans as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the subdivision plat and construction plans.
2. Move that the Council deny the proposed subdivision plat with construction plans and provide staff direction.
Background: The Site Plan Review Committee unanimously recommended approval of the final subdivision plat with construction plans on September 13, 2023.
Issues/Analysis: See the attached staff report.
Financial Information: The Engineer of Record has provided a subdivision bond in the amount of $3,842,276.40 for the subdivision infrastructure associated for the required subdivision infrastructure at Veranda Oaks Plat No. 3 Phases 3 & 4.

Location of Project: Within the southeast section of the Veranda PUD, South of SE Becker Road and West of Gilson Road.
