Executive Summary (General Business): Mattamy Palm Beach, LLC, has applied for Final subdivision plat approval for a project known as Western Grove 6A - Seville Phase 1.  The proposed project will subdivide a total of 575.1 acres to create a residential subdivision consisting of 186 single-family lots, a right-of-way tract, four water management tracts, open space tracts, and a 490.6-acre parcel for future development.  Right-of-way Tract R is proposed as private right-of-way internal to the development that will provide access from Tradition Parkway to the single-family residential lots.  The subject property is located within the Western Grove Development of Regional Impact (DRI).

 

Presentation Information: Staff may provide a brief presentation.

 

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Site Plan Review Committee.

 

Alternate Recommendations:

1.                     Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.

2.                     Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.

 

Background: The Seville Phase I final plat with construction plans was recommended for approval by the Site Plan Review Committee on February 23, 2022.
