Executive Summary (General Business): The Applicant is requesting this rezoning concurrent to a future land use map amendment for the purpose of providing for a commercial office/flex-space/warehousing development within the St. Lucie West Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The Applicant’s request is to rezone approximately 3.75-acres from General Commercial (CG) zoning classification to Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning classification.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the request as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and approve the request.
2. Move that the Council not approve and provide staff direction.
Background: The proposed PUD rezoning was recommended for approval by the SPRC (Site Plan Review Committee) on September 23, 2020. The proposed PUD was also recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Board on February 2, 2021.
