Executive Summary (General Business): A small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to change 3.28-acres from Institutional (I) to Residential, Low Density (RL) for property located on the south side of SW Leafy Road.
Presentation Information: Staff will provide a presentation at second reading.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council adopt the ordinance as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Board.
Alternate Recommendations:
1. Move that the Council amend the recommendation and adopt the ordinance.
2. Move that the Council not adopt the ordinance and provide staff with direction.
Background: The Planning and Zoning Board at their October 6, 2020 meeting unanimously recommended approval of the small-scale comprehensive plan amendment.
