Meet Enrique Rosario: 2025 Youth of the Year
Enrique Rosario, a proud member of the Ken Pruitt Club for the past three years, was recently named the 2025 Youth of the Year during our annual celebration, held on January 23rd at the Westside Club. This signature event honors the character, leadership, and academic achievements of remarkable teens from across our Clubs.
This year, six outstanding finalists competed for the title. Enrique stood out for his passionate advocacy, deep sense of purpose, and unwavering dedication to his community-particularly immigrant youth. In a moving speech, he shared his personal journey of immigrating from the Dominican Republic, highlighting the obstacles he has overcome and his commitment to lifting up others facing similar experiences.
Enrique has taken his advocacy even further by launching and leading a Spanish program for younger members at his Club, helping them build language skills and cultural pride. His initiative has not only empowered other youth but also created meaningful connections across age groups and backgrounds.
Now a junior at Port St. Lucie High School, Enrique’s maturity and leadership continue to set him apart. He exemplifies the very spirit of the Youth of the Year program - a national Boys & Girls Club initiative designed to elevate and celebrate young leaders who are making a lasting impact.
