Background: The City of Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County entered into the original Interlocal Agreement on March 28, 2022, which allows St. Lucie County to reimburse the City up to $150,000 for the project design. The extended agreement expired on June 30, 2025, and the amended agreement will renew the Interlocal Agreement and extend the Interlocal Agreement term.

Financial Information: The interlocal agreement allows the County to reimburse the City up to $150,000 for the design of the Hogpen Slough Storm Water Treatment Area Project.

Special Consideration: N/A

Location of Project: The project is located north of Walton Road and west of Lennard Road along the Hogpen Slough Canal and an adjacent 11-acre parcel where a storm water treatment area is proposed.
