Background: On July 26, 2021 the City Council passed Resolution 21-R89 authorizing a public hearing and directing the preparation of an assessment roll for the fiscal year beginning on October 1,2021 for streetlighting. Financial Information: The estimated streetlighting billing for fiscal year 2021/2022 is $481,348. The rate of assessment is $26.00 (no increase or decrease from last year) for each platted residential lot for fiscal year 2021-2022.
