Executive Summary (General Business): A request to rezone approximately 5.8-acres of land from a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district, which allows the uses permitted in the Neighborhood Commercial (CN) zoning district per Section 158.120 of the City’s Zoning Code to Professional (P) zoning district, with permitted uses as listed per Section 158.122 of the City’s Zoning Code. The applicant proposes a medical use which is consistent with the Professional Zoning District & Comprehensive Plan.

Staff Recommendation: Move that the Council approve the rezoning as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Board.
