Background: As the City grows, so does staffing in our City Facilities as well as foot traffic in the facilities by our residents. These cleaning services have been added as new annual services as well as some being on an as needed basis to be able to provide additional cleaning when needed.

Amendment #23 added additional monthly cleaning services at Hampshire to include the Facilities Maintenance Office Trailer with an estimated annual increase of $2,703.96

Amendment #24 Removed Services for Utilities location at Greenway and added them to a new trailer for Utility Electricians on Ogden, which did not change any cost.

Amendment #25 Added services to a new location for Animal Control with an estimated annual increase of $5,425.80

Amendment #26 Added additional services to the Civic Center and Employee Clinic with an increased estimated annual amount of $16,488.

Amendment #27 Added additional nightly and weekly cleaning services to the Recreation Center at the MidFlorida Event Center at an estimated annual amount of $86,940.

Amendment #28 Added weekly cleaning services to 2234 SE Belvedere St. with an estimated annual increase of $2,964.

Amendment #29 Added new services to the new Building Maintenance Restrooms and the Ridgeline Road Welcome Center at McCarty Ranch with an estimated annual increase of $6,468.

Amendment #30 Added new services to the new Prineville Building with an estimated annual increase of $12,384.

Amendment #31 Added services to 2258 SE Belvedere Street which is now being occupied by staff with an estimated annual increase of $3,276.

Amendment #32 includes additional services at the MidFlorida Event Center outside grounds.

As the City grows, the need for additional cleaning services is needed to keep our facilities clean for our City residents to visit. Some of these services are on an as needed basis and most others are weekly services.

Issues/Analysis: Staff has reviewed the additional compensation and find that it is fair and reasonable for the additional services to be provided.

Financial Information: Funds are appropriated in various department budgets.

Special Consideration: N/A.
