Executive Summary: The City of Port St. Lucie's Parks & Recreation department plans to pursue a $785,000 Land and Water Conservation Fund grant for improvements at McChesney Park. Grant requirements include discussion of the project by the City's Planning & Zoning Board, as the City does not have a designated advisory board responsible for park, recreation or leisure service activities.
Presentation Information: Zakariya Sherman, Executive Project Manager will provide a brief presentation.
Staff Recommendation: Move that the Board hear a presentation on the grant, discuss and support the grant application.
